    ORDER CHANGES

    If you just completed an order, If you need to make a change to a recently completed order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-516-5651 or info@Vitinity.com as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS

    For all orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal. We also now offer checkout via Amazon Payments! 

    SALES TAX

    A sales tax rate of 7% will be applied to all orders with a billing or shipping address in NJ.

    DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

    If your Vitinity order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have accepted the shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@Vitinity.com and also read our privacy polices.

    EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    You can return or exchange your purchase at any time up to 30 days after purchase. Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-516-5651 or info@Vitinity.com as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    We offer many shipping options for Domestic Shipping within the United States. 

    You can view shipping costs for express shipping methods to all destinations by adding merchandise to your shopping cart and beginning the checkout process.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We offer international shipping via USPS (United States Postal Service) or DHL. USPS tends to be the less expensive route, but the transit time can be much longer.

    TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED

    Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern Time (NYC) (11 AM Pacific), Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Containing a tracking number so that you can track your order online. Please note we are closed Saturday & Sunday, and we are unable to ship out any orders on Saturday and Sunday.

    "ORDER DATE" VS. "SHIP DATE" AND EXPRESS SHIPMENTS

    While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, often times an order will not ship on the same date as when the order is placed. Thus your "Order Date" and your "Ship Date" may not be the same. When you place an order, you will see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you have selected an express shipping method, please be aware that the shipping speed will be in relation to the date when the order ships. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and select 2 Day Shipping, your order may not ship until Monday and then will arrive on Wednesday. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when anticipating shipping speed.
